There are a number of menus you can choose from for your event.

Menus:

There are three different four course menus for you to choose from for sit down functions. Each menu is differentiated by price point.

Each menu consists of a selection of shared tapas, entrees, mains and desserts. You may like to choose three courses out of the four for your guests.

For example:
Shared tapas, main & dessert
Entrée, main and dessert
Shared tapas, entrée and main

Three course menu options:
Menu 1 - $85 per guest
Menu 2 - $95 per guest
Menu 3 - $105 per guest
(prices include GST)

Menu upgrade:
If you would like to upgrade the above menu options from three to four courses (including tapas, entrée, main and dessert) the following prices apply:

Menu 1 - $100
Menu 2 - $110
Menu 3 - $120

Cocktail functions:
Our cocktail menu has an extensive list of tapas for you to choose from for your event.

Each tapas dish is $6 each. We recommend 7 tapas per person for cockatil parties lasting three hours.

Room Hire:
For both stand up and sit down functions, of any group of over 50 guests (or any group using audio visual equipment) must pay for exclusive use of Ricky’s.

Minimum Spend:
A minimum spend applies for exclusive use of Ricky’s for all functions:

Sun – Thurs 6pm – midnight          $10000
Fri/Sat – 6pm – midnight               $15000
Fri/Sat/Sun Lunch 12pm – 5pm     $10000

NB. prices include GST & venue charge is inclusive of this amount

* minimum spend varies on public holidays and school holidays

Beverages

We offer one of Noosa’s most comprehensive wine (and beverage) list to suit any budget. Beverages are priced on consumption. BYO is not available.

Final Number of Guests

Confirmation of guest numbers are required one day prior to your booking date. This is the number that will be catered and charged for.

Payment

Final payment of your bill is required on the day of the function.
